Meet Bethany Gorsch – A Collaborative Leader Focused on Business Success

Bethany is a Senior Vice President of Treasury Management, where she leads a team dedicated to helping businesses manage cash flow, streamline operations, and achieve their financial goals. Since joining Hills Bank in 2014, Bethany has built her career in Treasury Management, developing expertise in cash management solutions and business banking relationships. 

Bethany works closely with businesses across a variety of industries, including agriculture, professional services, and nonprofits. She enjoys helping organizations navigate complex financial challenges by providing practical solutions, strategic guidance, and the tools needed to support long-term growth and success. 

A graduate of the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, Bethany earned a bachelor's degree in Management along with a Certificate in Leadership Studies. She also holds the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation. 

Outside of work, Bethany remains deeply connected to agriculture and her rural roots. Growing up on a row crop farm and now helping operate a small cow-calf operation with her husband, she understands firsthand the value of hard work, adaptability, and strong community relationships. Bethany is actively involved with organizations supporting youth and agriculture, including Iowa County 4-H and the Williamsburg Ag Boosters, as well as the Iowa Public Radio Board of Directors.
