What do I do if I lost my ATM/Debit/Credit Card?

The first thing you should do if you have lost or misplaced your card is to turn it off. You can turn your ATM/debit/credit card off and back on by:

1.) Logging into Hills Bank Online on your desktop or mobile app

2.) Selecting Hills Banks Cards on the left-hand navigation bar

3.) Select a card to turn it off

If you later find the card and want to turn it back on, just repeat the process. 

After turning your card off, please contact our Customer Contact Center. We’re available seven days a week by calling 1-800-445-5725 (1-800-HILLSBK) or by sending a secure email. We will cancel and reissue your card.

  • Customer Contact Center Hours: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • After Hours Call Center: Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Saturday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
