There is no fee to replace lost debit cards. You can get a replacement card sent to you by visiting any of our locations, using the chat bubble on hillsbank.com or the Hills Bank mobile app, or by giving our Customer Contact Center a call at 1-800-445-5725 (1-800-HILLSBK).

You can also log into Hills Bank Online and select the "Messages" tab to send a secure email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will cancel your lost or damaged card and reissue your card.
