How do I change my Hills Bank Online password?

Follow these steps to change your Hills Bank Online password:

  • Log into Hills Bank Online
  • Open the "Settings" tab on the left-hand navigation bar
  • Click on "Security Preferences" to change your password or User ID

If you have forgotten your password, simply select Forgot Password below the login box on HillsBank.com and enter your User ID. Then follow the instructions that follow to get a temporary password sent to the email you provided during the setup process.

If you don't remember your User ID, please reach out to us through the contact options listed below.

Please note: after several failed login attempts, your account will be locked for security purposes. Once your account has been locked, you will need to get in touch with us by phone or chat to reset your account. Otherwise, you can stop by a Hills Bank office during business hours and our staff will be happy to help.
