If you've lost your debit card, you can use Debit Card Manager to turn your card off.

Simply log in through our web interface or mobile app and go to Hills Bank Cards, then Turn Debit Card On/Off. Select a card to turn it off, and if you later find the card and want to turn it back on, just repeat the process.  

What else should I do if I lost my ATM/Debit/Credit Card? 

During business hours, please contact our Customer Contact Center. We’re available seven days a week by calling 1-800-445-5725 (1-800-HILLSBK) or by sending a secure email. We will cancel and reissue your card. 

  • Customer Contact Center Hours: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. 
  • After Hours Call Center: Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Saturday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
