In times of crisis, we believe community banks play a pivotal role in keeping our communities healthy, safe, and secure. With this in mind, and at the recommendation of Iowa public officials, we have suspended lobby service at all Hills Bank locations. Customers are invited to use drive-up teller windows to make transactions. Here you can view up-to-date information on which offices will have drive-up services available. Personal appointments may also be made with a personal banker by calling 1-800-445-5725.

For your everyday banking needs, Hills Bank Online will remain available 24/7. If you have not already enrolled in online banking, you’ll need to do so before you can download the app or access Hills Bank Online from an internet browser.

At Hills Bank, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We continue to monitor the evolving coronavirus situation regarding workplace sanitization and recommended safety protocols:

  • Frequently sanitizing our offices, using disinfectant wipes on doorknobs, tables, desks, teller counters, and handrails
  • Providing gloves to employees who handle cash
  • Asking our employees to stay home if they feel ill or have been in contact with an individual who may have contracted COVID-19
  • Limiting non-essential travel, and asking employees to self-isolate if they visit an area with widespread or ongoing transmission of COVID-19

Hills Bank has business continuity measures to allow for uninterrupted banking services in the event that more severe quarantine measures are put in place.

At Hills Bank, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We continue to monitor the evolving coronavirus situation and are working closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) regarding workplace sanitization and recommended safety protocols:

However, if you don’t feel well or do not want to visit one of our branches in person, here are some convenient ways for you to do your banking without stopping into a Hills Bank location.

  • HERE by Hills Bank: Stay in touch with a banker – without having to visit the bank. Talk or text with a personal finance expert of your choice to ask questions, get advice, open an account, apply for a credit card or loan, and more. Your banker is here to help; you only need to ask!
