The position is responsible for performing teller and personal banker duties. This position will equally perform maintenance duties and activities related to physical security. This employee will assist the Facilities department with upkeep and maintenance of buildings, grounds, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems at our Hills, Wellman, Kalona and Washington offices. The position will provide administrative support to the Security manager by performing daily security duties related to access control and video surveillance. As well as assisting with investigations and reporting of security related incidents, and other similar activities. This position is responsible for facilitating the collection efforts and workout plans for the bank’s past due and charged-off residential real estate loans. This employee will also monitor weekly past due reports for the consumer area, stay in contact with lenders on progress, and recommend when to turn loans over to collections for further action.
