This temporary position will provide assistance to three areas within our Real Estate department. The job as Temporary Real Estate Assistant will support the existing staff and assist with bottlenecks within our pipeline. In order to do this, the job will be portions of several jobs (Loan File Managers, Processors, and Closers). This position will include logging files, organizing files, ordering third party services and sending proper documentation. This position will also include following up with third party services and communication with our lenders. As well as tracking and identification of files that need further assistance/information. We prefer to have someone with background in loan processing if possible.



Full time hours Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Benefits are not available. We will need this person through the summer, likely until September 1st.

The Loan Review Officer will be responsible for conducting activities related to the Company’s loan review process to minimize losses and ensure company lending practices conform to established policy. Review and assess the lending and credit processes at the Bank. This employee will also follow-up as necessary on outstanding concerns identified during review and assessments. As well as report review and assessment findings at meetings and provide assistance to regulators and external auditors as required. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7-10 years loan review and credit experience, and/or a CPA with 7-10 years public accounting experience. Regulatory experience is a plus, but not required. Must be able to work under stress, handle difficult situations, and work with deadlines. Position requires the ability to work before or after normal business hours, including Saturdays, to meet deadlines and attend various meetings.
