To make purchases
When there's no keypad, just present your card and sign the receipt. If there is a keypad, swipe your card and push "credit" (or "cancel"), then sign for your purchase. If you want cash back, pust "debit" and enter your PIN.
Use it at hundreds of thousands of ATMs around the world. You will need to enter your PIN. You can also transfer funds, make deposits and check your balance at any Hills Bank ATM.

Frequently Asked Questions about your Hills Bank debit card
Q: What if a store asks me to use my PIN with my Hills Bank debit card?
A: Tell the clerk you would prefer to sign the receipt instead. Usually you can. You'll just need to push "credit" (or "cancel") on the keypad.
Q: What if the store won't take my card?
A: Some stores may have chosen to stop accepting Visa debit cards even though they accept Visa credit cards. In any case, there's nothing wrong with your debit card or checking account.
Q: Why won't my card work anymore unless I push "debit" on the keypad?
A: Your card hasn't changed, but the store may have a new policy. Just tell the salesclerk that you would rather sign than enter a PIN.
