Lockbox Services

Lockbox service is a collection tool used to improve cash collection of accounts receivable and quickly convert them into funds available for use in the business.

• Payments are sent to a Post Office Box, which is then delivered directly to the bank.
• The bank prepares and makes the deposit into the corresponding accounts. Any copies or remittance items will be forwarded to you along with record of the deposit.
• Captured information can be formatted to a file and sent electronically on a daily basis.
